RMR Real Estate, Inc. prefers Rental Payments in the form of "Cash", "Check" or "Money Order", however, will accept the occasional payment via Credit Card when necessary. If Rental Payments are made Via Credit Card over 2 Times within the last 12 payments, Lessee is required to Subscribe to the Recurring Credit Card Payment Subscription Plan or pay in Cash, Money Order or Check Payments going forward.
