Rental Security Deposit Agreement

A Security Deposit in the amount Equal to the Monthly Rental Fee shall be paid in Full no later than at the point of Signed "Written Rental Agreement". If Security Deposit is paid in advance of "Written Rental Agreement" and Applicant's Application has been approved, then the Security Deposit shall be held in consideration for "RMR" taking the Unit off the market until the Lease Agreement is signed.
If, however, applicant fails to promptly enter into the contemplated lease, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited to "RMR" as liquidated damages.
